As mentioned in Peter Joseph’s 23 December Radio Address, here is CeNSE (Central Nervous System for the Earth). This is a project Hewlett Packard has apparently been working on for 10 years. It has strong affinity with some of the tenets of the Venus Project and the Zeitgeist Movement.
Here is a video on the Scientific Method. It breaks the process down in a very clear manner. It’s worth the 10 minutes to watch it all the way through.

If you have researched any of the principles of the Venus Project and the Zeitgeist Movement you are most likely already aware that one of the goals is to achieve a resource based economy. You may ask yourself, how can we (on a global scale) ever attain this lofty goal? We currently find ourselves entrenched in a profit based economy. So how do we get from here to there? Is there a transition plan?

The Zeitgeist Movement, along with The Venus Project, has a set of social values and
hence goals, which we feel are critical to the sustainability of the species.
Goals
-Clean air and water, nutritious food, material abundance, fast, clean, and efficient transportation,
relevant education, public health care, the end of war, personal liberty, an environment that enables
us to constantly improve our abilities, human extensionality, reduced stress, and reduced crime.(From the Activist Orientation Guide)
It’s useless to criticize the culture without providing alternatives. The Venus Project proposes plans for social change that work toward a peaceful and sustainable global civilization. It outlines an alternative social design where human rights are not just paper proclamations, but a way of life. The Venus Project has a vision of what the future can be if we apply what we already know to achieve a sustainable world civilization. It calls for a scientific redesign of our culture in which war, poverty, hunger, debt, and unnecessary human suffering are viewed as not only avoidable, but unacceptable. Anything less will result in a disastrous continuation of the problems inherent in today’s world.
A brief description of the Scientific Method
Very simply, the Scientific Method is a process of investigation which, through the most modern methods of learning, measurement, testing and experimentation, works to demonstrate the validity of a particular understanding or possible resolution to a particular problem.
