The US: GA Chapter of the Zeitgeist Movement will be holding a second meeting this month. Z-Day 2010 is swiftly approaching and we need to do some more planning for this. All interested parties are welcome to attend. Details for the next meeting follow:
I apologize for the short notice. We were not sure if we were going to have a 2nd meeting this month. But some of our members have confirmed they are willing to make it happen, so please consider showing up and lending your support.
In addition, we are working on the January issue of Spirit of the Times. If you have material you would like to submit for this month or next, please send to the Editor
As mentioned in Peter Joseph’s 23 December Radio Address, here is CeNSE (Central Nervous System for the Earth). This is a project Hewlett Packard has apparently been working on for 10 years. It has strong affinity with some of the tenets of the Venus Project and the Zeitgeist Movement.
Here is a video on the Scientific Method. It breaks the process down in a very clear manner. It’s worth the 10 minutes to watch it all the way through.
Wondering how to start off the New Year in the right direction? How about getting more actively involved with your local branch of the Zeitgeist Movement? Please consider coming to the Atlanta Chapter meeting on Sunday, January 10th. Time is 4 PM. Location is Manuel’s Tavern.

Also, we are currently accepting submissions for the January issue of Spirit of the Times. You can write an article on anything you want as long as it is related to the basic principles of the Venus Project and the Zeitgeist Movement. Also, if you don’t want to write an article, you can consider sending in feedback or suggestions and we will publish these in the “Let Your Voice Be Heard” section of the newsletter.

Spirit of the Times, the monthly newsletter of the US: Georgia Chapter of the Zeitgeist Movement, has a web archive. We are always accepting submissions for future issues. If you are interested in writing an article or news piece, feel free to contact the editor.

Philosopher X, of the US: GA Chapter of the Zeitgeist Movement, printed out 600 copies of the flyer and banner made by Lacy (another chapter member), got suited up as an “Evil Clown Pimp” and went down to Dragon*Con to spread awareness of the movement. You got to give the man credit for really getting into the spirit of things, costume and all!
I’m happy to announce that the premier issue of Spirit of the Times launched on Monday, September 7th. This is the monthly newsletter for the US: GA chapter of the Zeitgeist Movement. You can visit the web portal for Spirit of the Times which has links to subscribe, unsubscribe or view the archive.
We are always looking for contributions of original articles, news and art related to the movment. If you want to submit any of the above, or just provide feedback, feel free to contact the editor.
One of our chapter members - Philosopher X - is organizing an event to go down to DragonCon this weekend to hand out flyers and spread awareness about the Zeitgeist Movement. Another member - Ishaviva - has designed and created a flyer and a banner for us to use.

The US: Georgia Chapter of the Zeitgeist Movement is working on the first issue of our monthly newsletter. The newsletter, entitled “Spirit of the Times”, will be distributed to all subscribers in digital format. Launch date for the first issue is early September.
